This project was created for a friend who wanted to transform one of her family's properties into a photoshoot studio with an authentic Japanese theme. I drew inspiration from traditional Ryokan and old Karate Dojo designs to incorporate into the space. Additionally, the interior showcased works and paintings by renowned Japanese artist Hokusai. I blended traditional elements into the materials, incorporating a heavy use of wood and paper.
